Sign & Rent

Sign & Rent, developed in conjunction with Alert by Volatile Studios, is an online signature software system designed for the rental industry.
Over the next couple weeks, we’re going to discuss some of the key features.

 Sign & Rent Pictures

Last week we discussed Sign & Rent and the capability to electronically sign documents.
Everything is customizable and seamlessly integrated into Alert.
This week’s focus is on pictures!
Did you know that a driver can use a phone or tablet camera to upload pictures of the delivery?
No more arguments about where a piece of equipment was dropped, or what it looked like when it was delivered.
The picture is worth not only a thousand words, but potentially a thousand bucks!

The photos are uploaded into your Alert system and you can take as many as you’d like.
You can even use Sign & Rent to draw directly on the photo!

This Week’s Featured Enhancement

Reservation Confirmation is easier than ever!
You can now confirm while in the payment processing screen.

In the Delivery/Pickup Board, unconfirmed reservations are shown with a small ‘r’,
while confirmed reservations are displayed with both a capital ‘R’ and acheck-mark.

Color-blind Alert users will easily be able to differentiate confirmed/unconfirmed!
