Ticket Writing Enhancements

Email addresses for non-cash customers can be updated from the
ticket email when saving the ticket.
We added the ability to change the rental amount on a credit
ticket when an item is sold or hard down.

Job Information on Closed Contracts

 The full job information (below) can now be updated on closed contracts!

Great comment this week: We like the new version. We really like how you
can save the ticket and still keep working on it. It would be really
nice when you’re on the payment screen, if you could
save the payment but not have it kick you out of the ticket.
It’s annoying to have to log back into the ticket everytime.

We will  put it on the voting list!

Please note that Alert will be closed on Monday, May 27 in
observance of Memorial Day.
