Have you looked at the Credit Cards run by PAYware Report in Alert?
This report is a game-changer to figure out exactly what Alert shows as run
through your credit card processor (either PAYware or Approval Code.)
This report is found in the Ticket screen -> Financial-> Financial Reports.
Automated General Ledger Interface Export
This feature has been in Alert for at least a decade, and we’re always surprised
when we hear from some of you that you’re not using it! Did you know that Alert “talks”
to most popular accounting programs? And that Alert can send your daily general
ledger entries to your accounting software?
Yes, for you “Control Enthusiasts” out there, you review everything before you
send it to make sure everything looks exactly the way you want it to look.
If you’re not doing this, give us a call and we can help you get it set up!
Then, with a few clicks your daily entries are done
and you can move on with your day.
