We are thrilled to announce that IAUA registration is up and running!

You’ll notice that we have more classes and discussions than ever before!
This year’s IAUA conference will begin with dinner on Sunday evening,
making the most of your traveltime.
What’s included in your registration fee?
Sunday dinner, all meals and snacks on Monday, and
breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Tuesday.
Binders with conference materials are optional and $15 each.
(All materials are free and available online to attendees.)
Registration is $425 for the first attendee per company and $325 for additional attendees.
IAUA dues of $190 per company will also be added to your invoice.
What Is IAUA?
For those who’ve heard all about IAUA but aren’t sure what it is, let us walk you through
the longest-running user conference in our industry. Pioneered over 30 years ago,
a group of Alert users got together to discuss what additional features
they wanted in their rental software. Cut to today, and the tradition is still alive!
The International Alert User Association meets each year in Colorado Springs for 2-3 days
of networking, learning, feedback, and fun.
Sunday evening will kick off the conference with attendee introductions and at dinner
we’ll go over all the new and amazing features in Alert v.20. Monday morning begins
with breakfast, the lively voting review (where Alert staff spearheads a discussion of
items on the voting list for inclusion in the next revision), then a group of classes,
lunch, and more classes in the afternoon. Classes include everything from accounting
basics to our new features such as CRM, as well as roundtables where we
want to hear your opinions on a particular topic.
Lunch will also serve as time for the IAUA business meeting,
and dinner will be a discussion on Best Practices.
Tuesday brings Advisory Councils after breakfast. Alert users are divided into their
respective industries for a participatory discussion on what the group wants
to vote on to enhance Alert, as well as other topics.
The conference will end Tuesday after two more sessions of classes.

About the Great Wolf Lodge:
The Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs began its life as a Renaissance Hotel.
During the great recession the developer went bankrupt and the property sat vacant
for several years, nearly complete. The Great Wolf Lodge purchased and
completely renovated the hotel in 2017 – and the conference center is exceptional.
Hidden away from the lively crowd at the Great Wolf Lodge, Alert is the only
group with access to the conference center. It’s situated apart from the activities
of the main lodge, and affords Alert users spectacular views of the front range.
