Mobile Timecard
We added Mobile Timecard as a late addition to Alert v.18, early addition to Alert v.19.
This feature provides a web front-end to the standard timecard system
for employees to clock in and out without having to be on
a computer in your office, logged into Alert.
This rental business management software enhancement is great when your staff is starting a job out in the field, or ending their day at a location other than your office.
While the timecard system is free, you will need
Web Services to enable this functionality.
Let us know at support@alertms.com if you want this feature turned on
and we’ll send you instructions on what url to have your employees
log in to from their phone or tablet. Complete documentation is here.

This Week’s Featured Enhancement
Changes to Document Center
We made enhancements to our wildly popular Document Center.
The first thing you may notice is that you can now access Document Center
from the Main Menu, instead of the tree.
Executive Dashboard has been relocated to the tree.
Other Documents Available to Send in Document Center
Attention! You can now send WORK ORDERS through the Document Center!
They now have their very own tab.
The Ticket Type selection now includes an option for both Reservations and Contracts.
