Keyword search is now available for Customers!
We’ve added this ability at both File Maintenance and
the Payment Processing Screen.

Close Notes Added to Customer Comments Notes

A new feature has been added to Customer Comments Notes so that the person closing
the contract is able to see the note when  a contract closes for a particular customer.
In our example below, the note is that “Final payment must be in the form of a bank check.”
This note will now be displayed when  a ticket is being closed and the note can be printed
on closed contracts (which will require a change to your contract form.)
