New Add-On Feature – Rain Days
Do you offer your customers rain days (days for which they are not being charged rent)?
There is an easy way to accumulate these days, even throughout a long-term rental,
including a way to add a note to explain why they are being given credit.
(i.e. inclement weather, scheduled maintenance, etc.) This add-on feature will
reduce touch-costs because it’s so much easier than adding
display notes, manually modifying the rental dates, adding a special rate,etc.
This can be authorized by rental class, and is separately tracked in an exceptions report.
No more manual adjustments that nobody remembers giving, and no more
hauling out the calculator to figure out adiscount!
This add-on feature is available in Versions 18 and later. If you’d like a bid, let us know at sales@alertms.com!

This Week’s Featured Enhancement
Work Order Enhancements
The Work Order Maintenance Software Module got a few updates in v.19!
First, we put in a keyword Search for Customers. Actually, everywhere in the system
you search for a customer name you will now be able to use keyword (aka string) search!
Next, we added a Save and Continue feature!
We also added the ability for you to update job information on a CLOSED Work Order. ->
