Attaching to Transmissions in Document Center

Do you want to tell all your customers something? Perhaps you have
a new mailing address for bills, or you have a coupon for their next visit!
Did you know you can send them a specified document right from Document Center?

You may have seen this box a million times and haven’t really noticed
that you can select an attachment with your documents. Or wondered what
kind of attachments in particular can be sent. This is where
you’d select what should go along with all your transmissions!

The system even tells you exactly where to save the document you’d like to send!
So go ahead and send selected clients a coupon, let everyone know you’ll be
closed to take inventory, or anything else you need your customers to know.
Simply create a document and save it in the specified directory!

Speaking of attachments, did you know that you can send ticket attachments
right along with the tickets? There’s a box you can check at the top of the screen
that selects the attachments to send with the ticket. In the picture below, you can
see that the box has been checked, and the attachments will be sent right along with the tickets.

Reservation Cancellation & Deposits

When your customer cancels a reservation, we’ve simplified the contract cancellation process!
Alert now automatically applies an existing deposit to the reservation cancellation fee.
This means you no longer have to delete the payment and re-post it to the cancellation fee.
