Weekly Help Desk Notes for September 2, 2020

Help Us Honor Alert Veterans!

We know that many of you are military veterans – we thank you for your service!

Join Alert in saluting our veterans today! Did you know that when you contact the Help Desk, there’s a decent chance you’re going to talk to someone who served in the US Military?

Eric Seilaff was active duty in the USAF for a 20+ year long career, from 1989-2011. Eric served as an Inventory Management Specialist and was stationed in Wyoming and North Dakota, with a TDY to Saudi Arabia. Eric cross-trained into Space Operations with tours with GPS and Missile Warning/Space Surveillance in Colorado and Thule, Greenland.

Jason Lincoln served with the Marines. Jason worked on Signals Intelligence, and from there he was stationed in Sierra Vista Arizona and Pensacola Florida. Next was Cuba for about 2 years. We’re lucky to have him on our team!

Aaron Clark served in the Army, and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree using the GI Bill that he earned.
Not only do we have veterans on our staff, two of us are current or former military spouses! JP’s wife Kathy served in the Army for over 20 years, and Kara’s late ex-husband Joseph Lawrence served in the Air Force for his career. The military brought most of us to Colorado Springs, where we happily found Alert!
