Alert Users Group Conference 2020!

Registration is OPEN for this year’s VIRTUAL conference!

Ready to hear more about Alert’s Virtual Users Conference this year? Remember – earlybird registration for paid registration ends on September 30th! On October 1st, prices increase from $99 to $125. But we do have an AWESOME free track! Remember, the first 100 paid attendees get a t-shirt and bag!

Why should your staff register for the Alert Users Conference?

Those of you who participate in roundtables, who have a tendency to take some idea away from every session you attend, or have specific modules that you want to provide feedback and direction to our developers should register for the paid track and do it before the price goes up! (And get the swag bag!)

For your staff who would like to see tips and tricks, but you need them to cover your counter or back office and can’t afford to have everyone online at the same time (someone needs to answer the phone!) register them for the FREE track! Your staff can’t log in to the free classes without registration. Get them registered and even if you can’t have them sit in on the live classes, they will be able to watch the recorded sessions at your/their convenience!

Cycle Billing Invoice Numbers

Do your Cycle Billing tickets look like the below image, with the original ticket number and count of the cycle bills, along with the new contract number? Does it confuse your clients? We’ve got an easy fix for you to have just the current contract number show on your invoice.

In Store Parameters in Codes and Setup, go to the Printing tab. Unselect “Print recurring billing count after original contract number” and voila!

Depending on how old your contract forms are, this could require a contract edit.
